Returns / Exchange and Cancellation Policy
• To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required & Item is in original packing condition .
• All items are subject to Return and Exchange except ( Software, Video Games and Prepaid Cards unless found with a manufacturing defect) with following terms:
1. Item is in original packing condition.
2. Return is within 3 days For Refund / exchange is within 7 days of date of purchase.
3. Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.
4. Amounts paid are returned using the same method used when paying, if order placed using Online Payment there will be 3% deduction as its Payment provider Fees.
5. Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depends solely on the service provider’s Return & Exchange policies, and it requires customer providing the payment slip alongside PC BUILDER Invoice.
6. Return, Exchange and warranty service extend within the geographical boundaries of the country in which the product was purchase.
7. Services charges are non-refundable.
8- incase of purchases made by stolen Cards and product was delivered , We are not responsible for money refund .

8. Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
9. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
10.To benefit from return and exchange services, the customer must go to the nearest PC BUILDER . If the showroom is not available in your city, please contact us at the unified number for your service 6604 6611. A representative of the shipping company will come to pick the order.
Immediate Defective Items Replacement
• PC BUILDER will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 3 days of purchase date based on following condition :
1. Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
2. Original packing along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.
3. A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
